I will place a poster sized banner advertising the phrase of your choice in front of the California Capitol building and take a digital photograph of it and email it to you. The phrase cannot contain any lewd language or indecent ideas. The phrase will will be hand drawn in black marker pen on a white board background. The banner will be placed on a tripod and the photograph will be taken from a distance that will allow the view of the Capitol building to be maximized and the letters to be seen on the banner. I will accomplish this task within 5 days.
